When we refer to “full tenant services,” we literally mean a maintenance-free lease on the part of the tenant. We concern ourselves as much with changing light bulbs and A/C filters as we do with more worrisome issues. Additionally, we provide free ample parking at each of our buildings.
700 SOUTH PALAFOX: Our largest office facility is the 52,000 square foot historically-restored Quayside Quarters, located at 700 South Palafox Street. Originally constructed in the late 1800s as a hardware store and warehouse, this renovated building now houses high quality office suites of various sizes. Stained fine wood trim, exposed brick walls, and numerous New Orleans-style balconies define the character of this beautiful structure from Pensacola’s past. Located in the core of the Palafox Historic Business District and overlooking Pensacola Bay, the building’s other attractive amenities include a well maintained private park/courtyard and large gazebo. This peaceful setting is ideal for fresh air meetings or a quiet lunch break. Also, plenty of free parking means no worry in finding a spot at any time of the day.
17 WEST GOVERNMENT: We currently have available a 1,600 square foot suite located in one of our smaller historic buildings located at 17 West Government Street. Situated between Palafox and Baylen Streets, this Suite B is right next door to the county and judicial center facilities. Total quality restoration of this three-suite structure was completed within the past five years. The lease also includes full service with the exception of electricity which is separately metered. Free reserved parking is also provided.
We currently offer several small- to medium-sized office suites, ranging from 1,500 square feet to 6,225 square feet. Our lease rates include full service and are more than competitive with comparable spaces in the Pensacola area.
